Digital Sales Lead, New Acquisitions

We are looking for a Digital Sales Lead, New Acquisitions! Own and drive profitable acquisition growth across digital channels by maximizing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating business objectives into customer journeys, personalization initiatives, AI-enabled use cases, and digital development priorities. 

About the role

Commercial Ownership:

• Accountable for digital acquisition sales performance for electricity and value-added services across Nordic markets. 

• Own acquisition targets, sales forecasts, and commercial performance monitoring. 

• Develop and execute the acquisition growth roadmap aligned with business targets. 

• Ensure acquisition activities deliver profitable and sustainable growth. 

Acquisition Journey Ownership:

• Own the end-to-end acquisition journey from first visit to completed sale. 

• Define business requirements and priorities for acquisition-related customer journeys. 

• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across acquisition funnels. 

• Ensure new products, offers, and services are effectively launched within digital acquisition flows. 

Personalization & AI Use Cases: 

• Own prioritization of acquisition-related personalization initiatives. 

• Define commercial use cases for customer segmentation, real-time targeting, and next-best-action capabilities. 

• Identify AI-driven opportunities to improve acquisition performance, relevance, and conversion. 

Digital Sales Development: 

• Act as business owner for acquisition-related digital development initiatives. 

• Translate commercial needs into actionable roadmap items. 

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve sales performance and customer experience. 

• Ensure continuous improvement of acquisition journeys across channels. 

Stakeholder Leadership: 

• Coordinate acquisition priorities across Marketing, IT, Product, Analytics, CRO, CRM, and Development teams. 

• Lead initiatives without formal people management responsibility. 

• Build alignment around commercial priorities and growth objectives. 

About You

We believe you have the following experience to succeed in the role:

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce, Digital Sales, Growth, or Digital Business. 

• Proven experience driving online sales and acquisition growth. 

• Strong commercial ownership mindset and P&L understanding. 

• Experience working with digital customer journeys and funnel optimization. 

• Experience leading cross-functional development initiatives. 

• Strong analytical and business prioritization skills. 

Experience that is considered highly advantageous:

• Experience with personalization programs. 

• Experience working with CDPs and customer data activation. 

• Experience utilizing AI capabilities in digital commerce. 

• Experience from subscription-based or online sales-driven businesses. 

• Experience operating in Nordic or multi-market environments.
