We are seeking an M365 Evangelist who can inspire teams, drive adoption, and contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role will ensure our digital collaboration tools meet user needs, positively impacting both our customers and colleagues.
As an M365 Evangelist, you will:
- Promote Microsoft 365: Be the key advocate for Microsoft 365 within the organization. Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Microsoft 365 services and solutions.
- Product demonstrations and training: Conduct engaging workshops and presentations to highlight Microsoft 365's features and benefits. Develop training materials and sessions for users and administrators to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform. Provide guidance and best practices to internal teams regarding Microsoft 365 implementation, configuration, and usage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365: Have a good understanding of the M365platform as a whole, keeping up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand their needs and challenges, gather feedback on Microsoft 365 usage, and provide recommendations to enhance user experience, collaboration, and productivity across the organization.
- Internal communication supporting the Digital Workplace area: Contribute to the creation and execution ofour communication strategy and plan for team deliveries from a department perspectivein order to reach our overall objectives.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including applications such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and M365 Copilot.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and trends.
