This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can shape a long-term account vision while driving daily performance with clarity, structure, and energy. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company and bring critical insights to the product organization to help Foxway continuously innovate its propositions and solutions.
Role is based in one of our entities either in Estonia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland.
You’ll lead an Account team, owning the performance and growth of our most strategic accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand our global footprint.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 commercial professionals
Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Set clear direction, priorities, and KPIs
Define and execute account strategies that maximize value and profitability
Turn insights into action by leveraging data, market trends, and performance metrics
Balance long-term vision with hands-on execution
Expand existing strategic accounts and unlock new revenue opportunities
Identify and onboard new high-impact partners
Lead complex negotiations and long-term commercial agreements
Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams
Ensure smooth end-to-end execution across sourcing, refurbishment, and sales
Act as a key voice in shaping Foxway’s commercial offering
Support your team in complex negotiations and challenges
Act as an escalation point and strategic advisor
Continuously improve how we work and deliver value
Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts to drive performance and strengthen partnerships
Collaborate closely with East, West, North, and South regional teams to manage global and pan-European accounts, ensuring strong local execution
Develop and expand the market in partnership with key retailers and mobile network operators (MNOs)
Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership—ideally within recommerce, consumer electronics, or a related industry
Experience in the mobile industry within large retail organizations or carrier/mobile network operator (MNO) environments
International experience within the European mobile industry is a strong advantage
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
