To join the ECP-program, you need to be based in Sweden and fluent in the Swedish language will be very meritorious.

We are recruiting for Graduate Engineers throughout Sweden for the following business disciplines:

Power Transmission & Distribution

We work within power supply projects, throughout the entire process, from investigations, feasibility studies and planning to system and detailed design, as well as construction management and inspection during the construction phase. Our clients are currently found in the areas of power generation, power distribution/transmission, industry, and in infrastructure and property projects. We offer knowledge and expertise in for example, overhead lines, control facilities, and substations.

• Power Transmission & Distribution Bachelor or Masters Degree backgrounds considered: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering or similar

• Locations available: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala, others considered
  

Thermal production and distribution

This diverse team brings together a wealth of experience and expertise, working primarily in the fields of district heating, cooling, and gas distribution. The team's multidisciplinary approach and collaboration enable them to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

• Thermal production and distribution Bachelor or Masters Degree backgrounds considered: Energy Engineering, Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainable Technology Engineering or similar

Energy and Industry Emerging Technologies

Within this area we focus on strategic consulting for the nuclear and energy sectors and provide consulting, investigations, analyses, and design related to BESS, CCS, e-mobility, nuclear power. We are leader’s in organizational transformation, strategic action plans, and sustainability commitments. Complete capability to manage detailed design of process plants and associated media supply (Balance of plant).

• Energy and Industry Emerging Technologies Bachelor or Masters Degree backgrounds considered: Energy Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering

• Locations available: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Skellefteå, Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, other considered

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 The selection process is based on how well candidates’ qualifications and experience match the role requirements. Candidates who pass the initial selection will be invited to complete an online assessment. Selection will then be made based on the results of the test. The next step is a phone interview with a recruiter, where you will have the opportunity to further present yourself and learn more about WSP.
