About the role:
In this role, you will:
1. Be the Employer Branding expert for one of our divisions
· Translate the division's people needs into compelling employer branding strategies and tactical plans
· Work closely with the division's HR team and be their go-to person and expert in employer branding related questions
· Together with the specialists in the employer branding team, deliver on the tactical plans. Sometimes it will be about coordinating deliveries from the team and sometimes you will be the project manager and drive initiatives yourself.
· Manage Employer Branding budget for the division and build partnerships with relevant schools, networks, and conferences.
2. Lead Data & KPI Initiatives for the Employer Branding Team
· Further develop how we track, analyze, and report on Employer Branding performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
· Drive data capabilities across the team, ensuring alignment with overall Employer Branding objectives.
3. Contribute to the larger Employer Branding, Talent Management and HR agenda
· Take an active part in the success of the employer branding team by collaborating, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's deliveries
· Be involved in cross collaborative projects for overall brand building, candidate experience or other areas that contribute to the holistic employer branding, talent management or HR agenda. This as a project manager or as a part of the project team.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· Strong experience in employer branding (5+ years), incl different activation types; events, social and digital media, storytelling and internal comms
· A team player mindset and can build meaningful relationships both within the employer branding team and with stakeholders
· Strategic mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
· Analytical expertise in data-driven decision-making and reporting
· A university degree within HR, communications, business or similar
· Previous experience from working with employer branding in the financial industry and/or in large organizations will be highly valued
