Engineering Manager at Resurs!

Are you a passionate and technical leader who enjoys solving problems and delivering impactful solutions for customers? We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Resurs Engineering organization. In this role, you will lead one of our engineering teams within the Product Services domain, where you will support your team, foster collaboration, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Get an idea of the role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and be accountable for a team of engineers focusing on developing a top-tier self-service interface that empowers both consumers and corporations to efficiently manage their engagement with Resurs. You will collaborate with individuals from other departments within the bank to ensure business value and report to the Development Director.

The focus of the role will be:

• Manage the product team to be able to deliver on the objectives and key results, product roadmap and strategy.

• Ensure that the team operates in an efficient way when developing and operating the product.

• Responsible for the life cycle management of the product.

• Responsible for the budget of the team.

• Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve the highest possible motivation and engagement.

• Building and sustaining collaborative relationships across teams and encourage a culture of shared knowledge and continuous learning.

On a personal level

We believe that you have a relevant educational background and proven experience in an engineering management role. In addition, the following characteristics are desirable.

• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.

• Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development.

• Banking domain knowledge is a strong plus.

• Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Swedish.

• Experience in building apps is considered a strong asset.
