Main responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure continuous support and high-quality service for our D365FO solutions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.

Issue Management: Act as the main point of contact for resolving vendor-related issues, coordinating swift resolutions to minimize any impact on operations.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all vendor activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly in data security and privacy.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, legal, and IT, to align vendor management efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on vendor performance, contract status, and risk assessments to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, preferably within an ERP or technology environment. Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and ensuring service delivery is essential.
- Proven experience in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), with the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize vendor performance.
- Experience in issue management, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving vendor-related challenges, and demonstrating a strong ability to address problems efficiently and minimize operational disruptions.
- Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and IT, to align vendor management strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.
- Experience in reporting and analysis, with the ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports on vendor performance, contracts, and risk assessments to senior management, providing actionable insights for improvements.

- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.
