We are now looking for someone who can join and support the Wealth & Asset Management Office team ensuring smooth coordination and daily operational efficiency as Executive Assistant to William Paus, Head of Wealth & Asset Management.

About us

The Wealth & Asset Management (“WAM”) division serves a wide range of client segments, including high net-worth individuals, business families, institutional investors, and corporate clients with products and services through four distinctive businesses areas: Asset Management, Investment & Trading Solutions, Life, and Private Wealth Management & Family Office.

About the role

In this role, you will be a part of the WAM Office team and work closely with the Head of Wealth & Asset Management. You will provide proactive and reliable administrative support, enabling smooth day-to-day operations, planning and coordination of meetings and events.  

In addition to the executive assistant responsibilities, you will support the team in driving various business-related initiatives, prepare the Head of WAM for meetings – both in terms of content and presentation material – and contribute to reporting and other ad hoc tasks. This makes the role both operational and strategic in nature.

You will work closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization, as well as with other assistants, ensuring  effective collaboration and alignment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management, travel administration, invoicing, payments, and other ad‑hoc tasks
  • Organizing and prioritizing incoming information and requests
  • Coordinating and managing special tasks and projects as assigned
  • Supporting the planning and execution of events and key meetings
  • Preparing materials and content for meetings, including presentations and briefings
  • Supporting reporting and follow-up on business initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and with other assistants, both within WAM as well as the entire SEB Group.
