Executive Vice President Global Sales – Ovako Ovako is a European leader in high-tech steel solutions for the bearing, transport, and manufacturing industries. Now, we are preparing for the next phase: unlocking growth in high-volume segments, especially in Central Europe, and shifting toward a performance-driven, growth-oriented commercial culture. We are now looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our Executive Team as EVP Global Sales. About the Role As EVP Global Sales, you will lead a team of over 40 professionals across five regional Sales Units in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. You will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for driving commercial performance, securing accelerated new sales, and lead our global sales organization. Key priorities: Accelerate new sales Improve pipeline conversion, speed, and execution Foster a results-driven and value-adding sales culture Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Business Units Main Responsibilities The role's responsibility is to lead and align sales activities across five sales regions, ensuring teams create customer value, and driving performance in line with product and pricing strategies. The role also includes further developing the structured sales processes, prioritizing high-potential opportunities, and monitoring pipeline health across regions. Additionally, the leader will inspire and develop a high-performing sales organization, implement best practices from top B2B companies, and foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and energy. In the role of EVP Global Sales, you will also play a crucial role in Ovako's Executive Management team. What You Bring You will bring a commercially sharp and growth-oriented mindset, with strong skills in negotiation, risk evaluation, and market strategy.
