About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer within the Business Arena team, you’ll play a vital role in building the user experience and functionality for the bank’s enterprise customer. While contributing to the development of microservices and APIs, you’ll be taking part of frontend development, to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences for our customers and guide our internal teams to do the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing efficient, well-structured Typescript/C# based codebases with robust unit tests.
- Analysing requirements and UX designs to build impactful solutions.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
- Supporting team objectives and fostering collaboration throughout the entire area of the team and its tech stack.
- Participating in support and On Call duties as part of the team.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- 5+ years with modern frameworks like React or similar and languages like C#, Go, or JavaScript.
- A solid grasp and interest of design patterns and agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in complex technical environments requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for innovation and a solution-oriented mindset.
Bonus points for experience with:
- DevOps and Continuous Delivery (e.g., Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
- Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Interested in design components and taking part of our migration to Green Design system.
