About the role:
As a member of the ERP/QSA team, you will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the innovation of our suite of automated solutions. The primary focus for the team is to develop and maintaincutting-edge FX infrastructure solutions for both corporate and institutional clients.
Your role as a full-stack Developer will involve driving tasks from analysis, through development and test, primarily in Rust and Java, but some Python is to be expected. Collaboration with the business side is a key aspect of our team's workflow, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and client needs.
To succeed in this role, you have an analytical mindset to keep track of how subsystems interact with each other along with good social and communication skills. As a person, we believe that you are passionate about development and eager to constantly learn. The ability to drive your own work is also a key trait we are looking for. You are proactive and contribute with ideas and suggested improvements to our way of working. You take pride in delivering clean, efficient, maintainable, and tested code.
You are curious and energetic by nature, have an interest in financial markets, and thrive in business-facing interactions. It is also meriting if you have knowledge about foreign exchange or trading in general.
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:
- A relevant degree in computer sience or equivalent
- Experience with Rust and/or Java
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Angular, React)
- Knowlege in Financial Mathematis is meriting but not required
- Knowledge in container platforms (OpenShift/Docker) and Cloud technoliges such as Google Cloud Platform
- Documented experience in git and CI/CD automation (DevOps practices)
- Knowledge in Data sience is meriting
- A natural curiosity and interest in financial marketes
- Knowledge about foregin exchange or trading is meritorious
