About the role:
As an Index Portfolio Manager, you will work with index-tracking equity portfolios for institutional and private investors. The role combines day-to-day portfolio management with responsibility for delivering portfolio returns in line with risk limits, mandates and client expectations, as well as contributing to portfolio-related decision-making and the ongoing development of investment processes.

We are primarily looking for candidates with relevant experience in portfolio management or related fields, and a strong interest in developing further within index portfolio management.
Across both profiles, we believe you:
Experience from asset management, trading, index investing, quantitative analysis or similar fields is highly relevant. For more experienced candidates, a track record or demonstrated responsibility within portfolio management or related areas is considered a strong advantage. Equally important are strong analytical capabilities, sound judgement and the ambition to develop in a dynamic investment environment.
