ABOUT THE ROLE

ZetaDisplay is on an exciting growth journey, with multiple acquisitions creating a complex landscape of IT systems, tools, and processes across the group. As IT Director, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and creating a unified, secure, and scalable IT environment that supports the business at every level.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the executive team to develop and execute an agile IT roadmap, while also staying actively involved in the day-to-day operations—whether that’s driving infrastructure projects, supporting enterprise system integrations, or leading your team through change.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the organization has modern, reliable, and future-proof IT systems. That means simplifying the current tech stack, aligning systems with business needs, and ensuring everything from support to security runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a scalable IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

• Managing infrastructure, IT budget, and technology procurement
• Overseeing the design and implementation of enterprise systems and integrations
• Leading the IT support function and ensuring a secure, high-performance environment
• Driving information security initiatives, including ISO27001 certification
• Building and mentoring a high-performing IT team

WHO ARE YOU?

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A university degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar senior IT leadership role
• A hands-on background across areas such as infrastructure, security, system architecture, and user support
• Strong experience in IT transformation initiatives and enterprise system implementation
• Solid understanding of budget planning, procurement, and vendor management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Swedish and English

OTHER INFORMATION

Location: Malmö (HQ).
Travel: Some travel is required within Europe.
Work model: Hybrid – majority of time expected onsite in Malmö.
Employment: Full-time, permanent role.
