What you will be doing
We are seekingahighly skilled IT Sourcing Manager to join our Tech Procurement function. You will be a player in a strong team of IT Sourcing Managers driving SEB Tech sourcing initiatives ensuring successful procurement and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Lead negotiations for ICT incl. Cloud and SaaS agreements.
- Develop and manage various commercial models to support sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on sourcing project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Who we are looking for
You have extensive experience in procuring and negotiating ICT agreements in the financial sector and understand the IT landscape well. You are a team player who enjoys collaborative work, but you are also self-motivated and can drive your own projects.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT sourcing.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication skill for engaging stakeholders
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and managing multiple projects.
