This Junior Finance Business Partner role at TUI Nordics is a strategic opportunity to influence commercial performance and transformation. Embedded within the finance team, the role partners closely with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing to deliver financial planning, performance analysis, and insights that shape decision-making. ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll participate in the deliver of accurate financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting aligned with Group standards.
• We'll rely on you to provide insightful analysis to support decision-making across Commercial, Sales & Marketing teams.
• Coordination of financial processes including actuals, forecasts, and budgets will be part of your responsibility, ensuring timely delivery.
• Aquire experise on specific parts of the Nordic P&L to drive important deviations and trends.
• Supporting transformation initiatives will be crucial as you help shape a modern finance function.
• You’ll help improve how we work by spotting ways to make processes smoother and more efficient, including using tools to automate tasks

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience in finance, FP&A, or business controlling.
• Your background includes knowledge typically gained through education in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial data visualisation are essential to your success in this role.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking come naturally to you.
• Communication is one of your strengths, with excellent interpersonal skills to match.
• Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation is second nature to you.
• Fluency in English & Swedish is required
• An interest or experience in AI and automation would be valuable in this forward-thinking team
