Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most important customer relationships, combining strong business acumen with an analytical mindset to drive growth and long-term success.

Get an idea of the role

As a part of our Nordic Corporate Relations team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key customers, driving both revenue growth and long-term partnerships. This role demands a sharp commercial mindset, a strong ability to leverage data, and hands-on experience in managing and expanding customer relationships. You will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities, optimizing account performance, and ensuring that our solutions create measurable value for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and expanding key customer relationships, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
  • Analyzing sales data, customer performance, and market trends to drive revenue and identify new business opportunities.
  • Leading structured business reviews and check-ins, using insights to guide discussions and decision-making.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring our solutions deliver real business results.

Your background and experience

You are a commercially driven professional who combines data-driven decision-making with strong interpersonal skills. You leverage insights to drive customer success while understanding that trust is key to long-term growth. With experience in navigating complex sales environments, you thrive on translating strategy into tangible results.

Key qualities and experience:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or KAM roles, ideally in the Nordic market and financial sector.
  • A proven track record of growing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and insights to optimize customer success.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
