About the role:

With us, you get to take part in an exciting journey within one of our focus areas. You will be part of a team working to design tomorrow's bank-wide authorization solutions and you will contribute to promoting SEB's platforms in digitization for our customers. You will be part of an agile self-organizing development team that is involved in all aspects of development such as requirements work, architecture, development, testing, operation, etc. Our technology focus is .Net Core, OpenShift, Apache Kafka, Oracle and GitHub. Our office is located in modern, high-quality premise in central Västerås, providing an inspiring and professional environment for our employees.

Our services are used for almost all products SEB offers to our customers.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

8+ years of experience in developing .NET applications, writing efficient and maintainable code
Actively uses AI tools to increase productivity
A strong ability to critically review AI-generated code
Ability design and integrate AI solutions into complex systems
Understanding of security and compliance aspects related to AI
Understanding CI/CD pipelines and how to implement and manage automated security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Great communication skills, can easily understand business requirements, and collaborate well in a multicultural environment
Willingness to share knowledge
An outgoing and positive team player.
Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects.
