Operations Manager to Ingenjörsfirman Geotech in Gothenburg, Sweden

About the role
As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire operational flow – from order to delivery. You lead a team of approximately 23 people, including three direct reporting managers, and are part of the management team. The role is both strategic and operational, with a focus on developing structure, quality and efficiency. You drive improvement work according to Lean, are responsible for the work environment, investments and planning of the upcoming move to new shared premises. You are also an important change leader and have the ability to be a mentor in the organization.

We are looking for you who
Have several years of experience as a production manager, preferably with a background from a company with its own manufacturing. You have a good understanding of operational flows, are used to driving change and have worked with Lean, 5S or similar methodologies. You are confident in your leadership, interested in technology and have the ability to create trust and commitment in the organization.
