Oracle HCM Consultant (Helsinki, Tampere or Oulu)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team.

Our team specializes in delivering high-quality Oracle HCM implementation and Redwood adoption projects, as well as application management services. As a key member of our Oracle HCM team, you will play a critical role in delivering project and service work for our customers. You will collaborate closely with your team and stakeholders, taking ownership of your area of expertise while contributing to team success.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules and a passion for driving results through expertise, curiosity, and teamwork. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to grow, and enjoys knowledge sharing in a collaborative setting.

Your work location will be either Helsinki, Tampere, or Oulu.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Executing Oracle HCM project and service delivery tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager
• Contributing to successful Oracle HCM implementations and support engagements
• Supporting Redwood adoption projects and providing ongoing AMS support
• Collaborating within a small but effective team to ensure high-quality outcomes

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM
• Professional-level skills in at least three of the following areas:
  Core HR, Goals and Performance, Talent, Compensation, Workflows, Recruitment (ORC), Absence, Time & Labor, BI Publisher
• Ability to take a holistic view of customer needs and system interactions
• Independent working style within your domain, coupled with strong team collaboration skills
• Communication skills in Finnish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Redwood UI and adoption projects
• One or more Oracle HCM Certified Implementation Professional certifications
