OSS SW Engineer

Are you a passionate OSS SW Engineer ready to take on your next challenge?
We’re offering a fantastic consulting assignment with one of our clients, where you’ll dive deep into Java software development, working on cutting-edge projects that interface with embedded control systems and customer ERP, MES, and MCS systems.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to envision the complete system, using your expertise to design, implement, and test innovative optimization algorithms that solve complex problems. You’ll also troubleshoot and debug system events based on real-time log data streams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

But that's not all—collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with the simulation team, using emulated hardware interfaces to perform critical tests and bring your solutions to life before they hit the real-world systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Java-based software development that integrates seamlessly with embedded control systems.
• Designing and implementing smart optimization algorithms.
• Debugging system events and analyzing log data streams to solve issues.
• Collaborating with simulation teams to conduct testing via emulated hardware interfaces.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Java software development.
• A strong understanding of embedded systems and control technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, and MCS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and debug complex systems.
• Experience in simulation and emulation testing is a plus.
