About Business Area Life Science

The Indutrade Business Area Life Science includes 35 entrepreneurial companies within the Medical and BioPharma field. The companies are located in Scandinavia, Finland, UK, Irland, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Czech Republic, and can be both technical trading companies and companies with proprietary products. The companies sell components, consumables, medical technology products including products for diagnostics, lab- or production equipment and system solutions to customers mainly within the Medtech, Diagnostics, Health Care, BioTech and Pharmaceutical sectors. The Business Area has good organic growth and acquires several new companies each year.

The Assignment

The focus will be to assist in screening potential acquisitions and to conduct industry and company research. A task could for example be to research an industry or product area, select the most interesting targets and compile and present your findings to the team.

The working hours are flexible and can be agreed based on your schedule. Preferably you will work remotely with meetings in our office in Akalla/Kista.

To be a good fit we believe that you:

• Are a student in business or industrial engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• You have an interest in B2B business development, transactions and finance
• You have a structured approach and an ability to work independently
