About the Role
At OSC, we’ve built a dynamic Purple Team that bridges the gap between offensive and defensive security. As a Penetration Tester in this team, you will:
•Conduct advanced and high-impact penetration tests on systems, applications, and infrastructure, focusing on projects chosen by the team for their complexity and impact.
•Collaborate with security engineers and incident responders to enhance detection and response capabilities.
•Design and execute targeted red team exercises, simulating real-world adversary scenarios.
•Perform scenario-based security assessments to proactively identify and mitigate gaps in security.
•Situational awareness, stay ahead of emerging threats, continually innovating and sharpening your skills.
You’ll be part of our Operational Security Center, working closely with Security Engineers, Incident Responders, and Vulnerability Managers. Together, we push the boundaries of what’s possible in operational security and purple teaming. If you’re ready to take your penetration testing career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
Note: Traditional compliance-driven testing is managed by external consultants—your work will focus on the most challenging and stimulating aspects of penetration testing.
About You
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated penetration tester with:
•Several years of experience conducting advanced penetration tests in diverse environments, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
•A deep interest in offensive security, with a strong desire to tackle unique and challenging security projects.
•A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and sharing knowledge.
•Broad technical skills, with programming, application security, or infrastructure security experience being a plus.
•Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or similar (preferred but not required).
Other meriting skills:
C2 frameworks, implementation and disruption of cyber kill chains, building pentest/purple teaming infrastructure, EDR evasion techniques, etc.
