People Business Partner

This is a broad and dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working both strategically and hands-on with leaders at Resurs, helping us build a workplace that brings out the best in people.

You will

• Partner with managers to drive business success through people – from strategic initiatives to everyday coaching
• Own and evolve key HR processes like performance, succession, talent reviews, and career development
• Turn data into culture-boosting action: analyzing employee insights and driving initiatives that make Resurs an even better place to work
• Be a key voice in our L&D agenda; shaping programs that unlock growth and support our business goals
• Bring our People strategy to life by making sure policies, frameworks, and ways of working align with our mission and OKR's

On a personal level

You're someone who gets things done. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy collaborating with all kinds of people, and know how to bring both heart and structure into everything you do.

You probably tick most of these boxes:

• Experience as a People/HR Business Partner, responsible for the full employee lifecycle
• Documented experience of conducting organisational development and strong knowledge in labor law
• Experience of operational as well as strategic People projects
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced organizations
• Skilled at building and delivering impactful training and development initiatives
• A confident communicator—fluent in both Swedish and English
• Data-driven mindset and not afraid to challenge the status quo
