We are on an exciting tech transformation journey and are seeking a talented and motivated Platform Engineer to join our Log Team. We are looking for a passionate Log Platform Engineer with a desire to work on several technology solutions in a dynamic hybrid environment (on-premises at SEB and Cloud).
About the role:
As a Log Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our log infrastructure on-prem and contributing to our log management in Cloud. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to ensure seamless log management, troubleshooting, integration, and consumer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the stability and performance of our systems.
Key responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain log management solutions both on-prem and on GCP
· Operate Elastic and other log solutions, including participation in on-call duties
· Continuously improve log management processes, enhance solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation
· Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· A problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting experience
· Proven record of operations work with Elastic Cloud Enterprise or Elastic stack
· Experience with Linux
· A proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
· A curious mindset, willingness to develop yourself, share your knowledge and help others
It is meritable if you have:
· Familiarity with Splunk or other Log platforms
· Automation skills using Ansible, Terraform, or similar languages
· Experience with Cloud technologies and tools is highly valuable
