SEBs business division Business & Retail Banking provides all financial services to small and medium-sized companies as well as private individuals in Sweden. This division gives access to the bank's total financial service offering via SEB's digital channels, telephone, and SEB branch offices. The division is undergoing a strong digitalization transformation of both business models and supporting technical solutions.
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager for the divisions development portfolio that includes capabilities related to channels, offering, customer relationship and financing products. This role is crucial in advancing our offerings and solutions through continuous improvement and through ensuring transparency in how our development portfolio aligns with our business strategy and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess a pragmatic approach, structured informal leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams.
What you will be doing
The Domain Portfolio Manager leads the strategic alignment and operational governance of the portfolio. This role ensures that execution supports business strategies, secures business agility, and drives the organization towards its long-term goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Drive and lead alignment of initiatives and Domain capacity, ensuring a balanced and strategically prioritized portfolio focusing on business value outcomes.
Portfolio Governance and Flow: Establish and enforce portfolio structures, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution through SEB Epic flow in alignment with SEB planning process, including quarterly follow-up.
Portfolio Performance Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and supervise portfolio performance metrics to ensure optimal value.
Stakeholder Management: Lead alignment efforts with major business owners and Domain stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns effectively.
Who we are looking for
Experiences: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated expertise in leadership, product management, business development, or project management. Experience in Lean Portfolio Management is favorable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, IT, computer science, or related fields.
