Pricing Manager

Do you want to work with complex pricing, financial analyses and dive transformation improvement? We are looking for an analytical Pricing Manager to join our team at CWS!

The Pricing Manager is responsible for managing all price updates within CWS and participating in the development of an automated pricing process to ensure consistent execution across Foxway’s operations. The role involves setting appropriate price levels that align with margin requirements and developing data-driven models and processes to improve pricing accuracy within the industry. The position reports directly to the Director of Deal Desk and is considered a key function at CWS due to its business-critical nature.

What you will do as a Pricing Manager:

• Guarantee accuracy in pricing and optimise margins
• Advance pricing and valuation strategies, such as determining optimal risk-adjusted residual values
• Continuously analyse outcomes to identify enhancements to strategies, tools, and methodologies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on increasing profitability
• Develop frameworks and dashboards to monitor gross margins

To succeed in this role, you should have experience building advanced models in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, as well as automating and scaling analyses using modern AI tools. You are a communicative, solution-oriented team player who is both self-driven and humble, with a knack for uncovering new opportunities through data and AI-driven insights. In addition to being self-motivated, cooperative, and goal-oriented, the ideal candidate possesses:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis, preferably in IT, leasing, or circular economy sectors, and/or experience from a top-tier consulting firm
• Proven expertise in developing sophisticated financial models and conducting advanced data analysis
• Familiarity with leveraging AI-based tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of analytical work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex analyses
• Additional consideration for proficiency in SQL and programming
