IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is one of our core service offerings and a business-critical part of our circular lifecycle model.
As Product Manager, you are accountable for the commercial and operational performance of the ITAD offering – including value proposition, profitability, margin development, and service performance. You will define product strategy and roadmap, set clear commercial and operational targets, and drive continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of the offering.
This is a strong cross-functional role. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Tech Centers to ensure that our ITAD services are competitive, scalable, and financially sound. The role reports to VP Product & Services Management.
Own the commercial performance of ITAD, including margin targets, growth ambitions, and overall profitability.
Define and continuously evolve the value proposition across key customer segments.
Set pricing logic and profitability guardrails in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.
Translate strategy into clear execution priorities and measurable KPIs.
Ensure service quality standards, SLAs, and operational alignment.
Drive structured performance follow-up using commercial and operational KPIs.
Support sales enablement and strengthen the commercial positioning of the offering.
Success is measured on profitability, service performance, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar business-driven role within a service, SaaS, hardware, or operational environment.
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving business performance, pricing decisions, margin improvement, or revenue growth
Formal P&L ownership is a great advantage.
Proven ability to take ownership beyond roadmap – translating strategy into measurable business results.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance in complex stakeholder environments.
Structured and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to define KPIs and follow up on performance.
Experience improving processes, profitability, or service quality in a scalable way.
Meritorious if you have:
Experience in lifecycle services, refurbishment, hardware, leasing, or asset-heavy models.
Experience working closely with operations and service delivery teams.
You are commercially sharp and outcome-focused.
You think and act like a business owner – proactively identifying opportunities to improve profitability, scalability, and customer value.
You take ownership beyond roadmap and ensure business impact.
You are comfortable balancing profitability, sustainability, and operational realities.
You communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
This role requires on-site presence at least four (4) days per week to enable close collaboration with stakeholders and operations.
