Fortum’s Wind and Solar business area is responsible for the development of wind and solar business. Our aim is to grow especially in our home market where conditions for wind and solar power are excellent. Wind and solar power play a crucial role in decarbonization of our societies.
This position is based in our office in Solna.
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and acting as a link between our Regional Managers and our project development team. The role involves assisting in the communication and interaction with a variety of external and internal stakeholders.
In the role of Project Coordinator, the following will be part of your responsibilities:
Assisting both the Regional Manager and the Development Project Manager
Organizing standing weekly project meetings and being responsible for the agenda of these meetings
Reports to the Regional Director on issues related to municipal authorization and implements agreed strategies related to this
Coordinates processes and activities locally, liaising with the permit project manager and Stakeholder Manager
Building relationships and being active locally in the municipality
You will be reporting to the Head of Development Sweden.

To be successful in the role as Project Coordinator, we see that you bring the following:
A university degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
Previous working experience from the renewable energy industry
Knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Great organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and people skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Swedish and English is essential
