Project Manager

The Role:

As a Project Manager in our Food Packaging Solutions team, you’ll play a key role in driving the development of new products, concepts, and services. This temporary position, covering for parental leave, is expected to last for about one year. You’ll lead projects that involve the relocation of production lines, ensuring that new production setups are successfully implemented with a focus on quality control. You will also ensure that the products received from suppliers meet our quality standards.

In this ever-evolving environment, you’ll test new ways of working, adapt processes based on insights, and contribute to shaping our future. Collaborating with teams like sourcing, marketing, and quality, as well as external partners, you’ll help us innovate and grow sustainably.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage projects connected to our Duniform concept, spanning products, systems, and services.
  • Lead weekly stakeholder meetings to align on goals and progress.
  • Report on project updates, budgets, and timelines to portfolio boards.
  • Serve as the main contact for suppliers and external partners.
  • Perform risk assessments, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Present project insights to internal and external audiences.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who can navigate complex projects with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership. You should be proactive, adaptable, and confident in your ability to manage multiple priorities. Your communication skills will be key in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Strong planning and adaptability skills to manage changing priorities.
  • Confidence in experimenting with new approaches and refining processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with international teams.
  • An interest or experience in production processes
  • A good understanding of budgeting and financial performance to keep projects on track.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, experience of Antura is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as you will be working in an international environment.

In this role you don’t need to be a technical expert, but a technical interest and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential.
