Project Manager

Svea Solar has built the largest solar parks in Sweden — and we’re not stopping there. As the demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we are scaling up to deliver even larger projects that will power the future. To make this possible, we are now looking for a Project Manager to join us on our journey towards a fossil-free world.

The Role

As a Project Manager at Svea Solar, you will take ownership of our solar park projects — from planning and procurement through to construction and commissioning. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your role will include close collaboration with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for the delivery of large-scale solar park projects.
• Working closely with sales to support prospecting and development of new projects.
• Leading negotiations with subcontractors, including pricing and contract terms.
• Overseeing construction progress and participating in final inspections.
• Supporting the documentation team in preparing all necessary project handovers.
• Acting as the main point of contact for external parties such as customers, energy companies, and local authorities.

You will be part of a team of Project Managers who collaborate closely to accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industries.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.

It’s a strong plus if you also have:

Experience within solar or other renewable energy systems.
