This company offers a dynamic workplace where innovation and technical development are centered. Here, new solutions are developed to power the communication infrastructure of the future. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a global team pushing technological boundaries. Interested in joining?
As an RF Design Engineer within the R&D organization, you’ll play a key role in developing RF solutions for the company’s products. The role combines both practical and theoretical work, including lab-based RF measurements, simulations, and system-level design. You'll be part of a small, supportive team of 3–4 engineers within a larger unit of about 20, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on engineering environment and wants to take responsibility while continuing to grow technically.
In this role, you will primarily work with the following tasks:
Practical RF verification: perform measurements, analyze results, and optimize performance in a lab environment
Simulation and design: contribute to EM layout simulations, schematic design, and link budget calculations
RF system development: improve and refine RF solutions with a focus on reliability and performance
Automation and analysis: streamline testing and calculations using tools like Matlab, Python, or C#
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering is the ideal fit for this role. We welcome Master’s graduates as well – as long as you thrive in hands-on, lab-based engineering.
Experience:
Approximately 1 year of experience with RF measurements, simulations, and schematic design.Language:
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
We’re looking for someone with a strong technical mindset, who enjoys solving problems and contributing to team development.
Technical curiosity: You’re passionate about RF and enjoy combining hands-on lab work with analytical design and verification
Analytical thinking: You can identify technical problems, interpret measurement data, and use simulation tools to optimize performance
Team collaboration: You work well in small teams, share knowledge, and contribute to an open and supportive work environment
Start: By agreement, taking into account notice period
