Your responsibilities will include:

• Be the backbone of operations and provide crucial administrative support to the sales team, keeping the entire process smooth and efficient 
• Develop and format sales proposals, presentations, and tender documents, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to customer needs. 
• Manage and refine templates and drafts for proposals, contracts, quotes, and more, so the sales team always delivers with consistency and professionalism.
• Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions with confidence
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assess leads from marketing and inquiries, ensuring they meet criteria before they’re handed off to sales reps, and track their progress to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Help onboard new team members by training them on sales tools, ensuring they hit the ground running.

We’re looking for someone with technical savvy, organizational skills, detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Engagement Manager with a a customer-first mindset to step into this role and make an immediate impact.  We are looking for someone who organized, motivated, and to power up our sales efforts. If you’re passionate about making processes seamless, supporting dynamic teams, and contributing to meaningful customer partnerships, this role might just be for you.  
As a Sales Enablement & Engagement Manager, you’ll become the glue that holds the sales process together where you’ll help drive success.

What makes you the perfect fit:

• Fluent in English and Finnish or Swedish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A solid understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools, plus experience handling sales data and analytics.
• Expertise in improving workflows, managing documentation, and coordinating sales operations.
• Proficiency in software like Microsoft CRM systems, Office Suite, and communication platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, especially under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and communications.
• A team-oriented approach to collaborating across departments.
   

What sets you apart
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is highly desirable. Exposure to refining workflows and holding a degree in business administration, marketing, are great advantages and make you a standout candidate, but not mandatory!
