Born out of the belief that solar is one of the most powerful solutions to fix energy and climate issues, it has been our goal to make renewable energy an easy and profitable investment. We contribute to our goal by installing solar panels as well as optimizing the energy consumption for our customers. To date, we have avoided over 3,84 million tonnes of CO2 emissions (which is equivalent to 15,9 billion km driven by a gasoline-powered car 😉).
The Role – Drive Sales Performance at Scale
As our new Sales Excellence & Performance Manager, you’ll play a central role in scaling and optimizing our sales organization. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing the frameworks, processes, tools, and insights that drive higher conversion, smarter lead distribution, and better commercial decisions.
This is a high-impact role that blends data, systems and sales logic – and gives you the opportunity to shape how performance is managed across multiple sales channels in a fast-moving, purpose-driven scale-up.
You’ll coach an independent small team within Sales Operations & Enablement but are expected to personally own the most critical areas of performance follow-up, funnel analysis, and lead optimization. A perfect next step if you’re keen to start your leadership journey while still being hands-on.
