Sales & Operations Planner

As our Sales & Operations Planner, you will own and develop the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that keeps Sales, Sourcing, Production, and Operations aligned.

This is a hands-on role with a strategic perspective. You'll establish the planning cadence, create transparency across the end-to-end supply chain, and ensure customer commitments are balanced with sourcing and production capacity.

Foxway operates a circular, refurbishment-driven business, where supply is influenced as much by incoming devices as by customer demand. Your role is to create predictability, improve collaboration across functions, and provide clear visibility of risks and priorities.

You will report to the VP Operations, Foxway C&E.

What you will do:

• Own and continuously develop the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meeting cadence.

• Coordinate planning between Sales, Sourcing, Production, and Operations to ensure aligned priorities.

• Maintain end-to-end visibility from customer order through sourcing, refurbishment, and delivery.

• Monitor customer commitments, identify bottlenecks and risks early, and drive timely resolution.

• Provide reliable planning and order fulfilment updates, creating a single source of truth across the business.

• Work closely with the Sourcing team to balance available supply with committed customer demand.

• Translate the long-term Sales & Operations strategy into practical planning processes and governance.

• Drive continuous improvements to planning routines, tools, KPIs, and ways of working.

• Support the development of planning systems, including improved integration between Sales Orders and DPOs.

• Define and monitor planning KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and commitment reliability.

• Facilitate planning reviews, decision forums, and escalation processes with business leaders.

• Build a scalable planning function that supports future market expansion and business growth.

We believe you have:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Experience working across multiple functions and preferably in an international environment.

• Experience using ERP, planning systems, and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.

• Fluent English and Romanian, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience establishing or improving planning processes, rather than only operating existing ones.

• Experience from refurbishment, electronics, IT hardware, manufacturing, or circular economy businesses.
