What you will be doing
- Leading cross-functional teams to create beautiful and meaningful digital experiences
- Translating customer insights into products that actually solve real problems
- Prioritize our development efforts in a way that create true business- and customer value
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thinks customer-first, always
- Can spot the difference between what customers say they want and what they actually need
- Has successfully led product teams through significant change
- Sees obstacles as puzzles to solve together, not walls to hit
- Balances ambitious vision with practical execution
- Connects easily with developers, designers, stakeholders, and customers
- Communicates complex ideas in ways that inspire action
You have the experience to back it up:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role
- Proven track record with agile methodologies and product discovery
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
