As a Service Design Manager, you will own and continuously improve service value propositions across our circular product journeys, ensuring our offerings are customer-centric, operationally efficient, and commercially viable in real-world execution.
You will shape, optimize, and scale Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and lifecycle services across digital and physical operations, bridging business, technology, and day-to-day service execution. From discovery through implementation and rollout, you will map end-to-end flows, define service blueprints, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, embedding circular principles (reuse, refurbishment, recovery) to maximize both sustainability and lifecycle value.
This is a cross-functional, hands-on role with clear responsibility for service performance, operational scalability, and customer experience. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure solutions are not only designed, but implemented, measured, and continuously improved in real environments.
The role reports to VP Product & Services Management within Foxway CWS.
Lead service improvement initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints, from insight to implementation.
Create service blueprints and improve scalable processes for deployment, support, refresh, and recovery.
Ensure services deliver against both business goals and operational performance targets.
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders across business, product, and operations.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and support teams to drive end-to-end service performance.
Identify and implement improvements in cost, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Establish and track service KPIs (device uptime, SLA performance, NPS, operational efficiency).
Drive circular flows within service offerings (redeploy, refurbish, recycle).
3+ years of experience improving complex services, lifecycle services, or operational environments.
Strong customer focus combined with a business and operations-driven mindset.
Proven ability to deliver measurable impact in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance profitability, scalability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Swedish language is not a requirement, but an advantage.
This role requires on-site presence at least four (4) days per week to enable close collaboration with stakeholders and operations.
