We are now looking for experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect who can understand client’s business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. You know Agile frameworks, DevOps model and POC approach, and have experience working in traditional waterfall methods.

Your role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you’ll help our clients turn business challenges into scalable platform solutions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow in ways that drive real business value.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that shapes the next generation of digital service management and business automation in the Nordics.

What you'll do

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that connect people, processes, and technology
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and platform architecture
• Advise customers on best practices for enterprise service management and automation
• Prototype and demonstrate new concepts to show value early in the process
• Collaborate with cross-functional Sofigate teams to deliver impactful transformations
• Support business development through insights, proposals, and continuous improvement

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow and relevant certifications
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using Agile, DevOps and POC approaches.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
