About the Role:

Join Foxway’s Operations team as Shipping Team Leader, based at our Buftea, Ilfov site. Coordinate the daily shipping and order management activities, ensuring accurate order processing, timely allocation of resources and compliance with operational procedures. The Team Leader is responsible for workload distribution, monitoring performance against service level targets, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction

What you will do:

• Oversee order workflows to ensure proper management of goods supporting production.

• Manage operational issues within the allocated area.

• Drive continuous improvement of order management processes and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Spare Parts Management, Logistics, Procurement, Quality Control.

• Report on key operational KPIs.

• Support team development through coaching and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Support implementation of new operational processes.

You are the right person for this role if you have:

• Strong operational management skills, including process coordination, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Proven team leadership and coordination capabilities.

• A strong customer-focused mindset.

• Analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking performance targets, and identifying operational improvement opportunities.

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management, which is considered a significant advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems or order management platforms, as well as strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

• A university degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• English language proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2) or above.

• Ability to work on-site in Buftea.
