Software Engineer – C#/.NET, Embedded & Backend Systems

A Swedish greentech company in a strong growth phase, developing electrification solutions for the maritime sector. The company works closely with both domestic and international partners to deliver large-scale, sustainable energy systems. With around 80 employees, the team is currently based in Stockholm.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong skills in C#/.NET and hardware-integrated software development. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional R&D team, building backend software that directly interfaces with the company's hardware systems. The solutions you help develop are core to controlling and monitoring high-performance energy systems used in demanding real-world environments.

You’ll work closely with embedded, electronics, and system engineers in a technically advanced and hands-on setting, where reliability and system integration are key.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Solid (+4 years) experience in backend development using C#/.NET
• Strong background in hardware-near programming
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Some experience with C is a plus
• Experience with battery systems or energy storage is beneficial
• Full professional proficiency in English

This is a role where you will work as a consultant at the client company. 

Start Date: As agreed upon, considering notice periods.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden, on-site
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00.
