Sourcing Manager Baltics (candidates from EE, LV, LT)

Foxway is seeking a strong commercial B2B profile to support our continued growth and expansion in the Baltic market.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in developing strong relationships with customers and partners across the Baltic States.

Role location: We welcome candidates to join our office in Estonia or work remotely from other Baltic countries.

About the position

We are looking for a strong commercial profile who will take responsibility for driving sales through motivated customer and partner relationships within a global company operating in sustainable IT services and recommerce.

As a Sourcing Manager Baltics, you will be part of our international Sourcing team and represent the company across the Baltic market. We expect you to work independently and deliver strong results through your sales, relationship-building, and networking skills.

Your responsibilities will include identifying potential partners across the region, developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing partnerships, and following up with customers to ensure an excellent level of service. The role also includes some travel within the Baltic States as well as occasional international travel.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the planning and execution of the company’s overall sourcing strategy

• Representing the company in the Baltic markets across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania

• Keeping up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and key suppliers

• Delivering high-quality customer service to our existing partners in the Baltics

• Expanding the company’s professional network by identifying and developing new partnerships

• Mapping key players in the IT and telecom market in the Baltics in collaboration with the sourcing team and other involved departments

• Preparing offers and purchase documentation

• Acting as a project lead and business partner for complex customers (e.g. building business cases, planning and forecasting, acting as a bridge between departments, and identifying the best possible solutions)

We expect you to:

• Have 2–5 years of previous experience in a Sourcing Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role

• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have native-level proficiency in either Estonian or Lithuanian

• Have in-depth knowledge of B2B account management

• Have several years of experience in the IT and/or telecom industry

• Be independent, proactive, and able to structure your own workday effectively

• Be motivated to develop both professionally and personally in a company with global growth ambitions

• Have a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
