Spanish speaking listing agent - Costa Blanca south

Are you a experienced and passionate property listing agent looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?

As a listing agent your responsibilities will include:

Contact property owners who have shown interest in selling their home, and evaluating properties for sale. Using creativity and drive to find both seller and properties for sale. Preparing listing agreements and building long-term customer relationships.

We are searching for you who are:

• Social and driven, organized and good at building relationships
• Speaks Spanish and English, other languages such as Swedish, Dutch, German or French is an advantage.
• Has a driving license
• Good local knowledge of the southern Costa Blanca
• Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record as a a listing agent is an advantage.
• Have the ability to take initiative and enjoy working independently, while being a part of a bigger team.

You are a driven listing agent who loves to do business. The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.

Focuses on the customer and just as we do - value a good collaboration with each other, with the brand´s other offices and with all our partners, good organizing skills and building relationships.

What we offer you:

The area you will be working in is the souther Costa Blanca, from Alicante to Pilar de la Horadada. Including Gran Alacant, Guardamar, Ciudad Quesada, Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and Torre de la Horadada. You will have a specific area within the district to focus on.

• Fixed salary with commission
