Spare Parts Team Leader

About the Role:

Join Foxway’s Operations team as Team Leader for managing spare parts, based at our Buftea, Ilfov site. Coordinate the daily activities of Spare Parts team, ensuring accurate, timely allocation of spare parts and compliance with operational procedures. The Team Leader is responsible for workload distribution, monitoring performance against service level targets, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Oversee inventory levels and spare parts availability

• Manage operational issues

• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Quality Control

• Report on key operational KPIs

• Support team development through coaching and feedback

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

You are the right person for this role if you have:

• Strong operational management skills, including process coordination, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Proven team leadership and coordination capabilities.

• A strong customer-focused mindset.

• Analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking performance targets, and identifying operational improvement opportunities.

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or spare parts management, which is considered a significant advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems or order management platforms, as well as strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

• A university degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• English language proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2) or above.

• Ability to work on-site in Buftea.
