We are now looking for a summer worker to join us as a Junior Estate Distributor (handläggare inom arvskiften). This is a temporary position from approximately June till August 2025, with the possibility to be extended during semester. Welcome to SEB and your future career!
About the role:
The mission within our team is to ensure quality, deliver first class service to our stakeholders and enjoy work. We expect you to be available for business hours in our office in Solna for full-time working weeks during the summer. In our team we are ten team members and two student workers that have a high degree of collaboration and positivism.
In this role, your focus will be on administrate estate distributions and supporting our clients and colleagues in this matter. You will review legal documents and distribute the holdings in SEB. At the same time, you will administrate estate payments. In this role you work closely with colleagues at our branches, telephonebank and back-office.
To thrive in this role, we believe you are:
You are at the beginning of your studies and have an interest in inheritance law and customer service. Experience from administrative, assisting and/or coordinating tasks as well as reviewing legal documents is considered an asset. Also, you are comfortable with using Excel and PowerPoint.
As a person you have strong communication skills, are structured, curious, prestige less and service oriented. Also, you are a doer with a proactive mindset. You are a strong team player and thrive to work in an international setting.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is required for this position.
