About the Role

As the Sustainability Lead, you will be the key figure shaping the organization's journey toward a sustainable future. This role combines leadership, strategy, and customer-facing responsibilities to ensure sustainability is integrated into the organization’s values and operations. From developing frameworks to leading integration efforts, you’ll play a central role in driving both compliance and innovation.

Your work will include developing comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with business objectives and working directly with customers and stakeholders to drive meaningful impact. Leading sustainability reporting and frameworks, you’ll ensure compliance while driving and delivering clear, impactful progress. You will lead the integration of sustainability initiatives across teams, foster collaboration, and take responsibility for leading and developing people in your team.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in collaborative environments, loves to strategize, and enjoys engaging with people at all levels - whether they’re team members, customers, or external partners. You’re a natural at inspiring and engaging large audiences, spreading the message with confidence. Sustainability is your true passion. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability roles, with a focus on compliance and strategy.

• Awareness and experience in sustainability reporting and frameworks.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and inspiring teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong customer-facing abilities and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• A track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with business goals.

• Experience in the B2B communication landscape. Tech background is a plus.
