Working as a system developer in the New Cash Ledger Dev team is a unique opportunity for you who want to develop as a system developer in a modern organization with a high rate of change.
About the role:
In your role at Core Ledger and the NCL Dev team, you will enter a unique journey of change where you and the team together are responsible for building a completely new Ledger System for the Bank. As a system developer, you will have a key role in building the system from scratch and creating a stable and manageable solution based on the needs of the business.
The project started up some years ago and is growing every year. The project currently consists of project managers, sub-project managers, requirements analysts, testers and system developers.
We are one of the Bank's highest priority IT development projects.
In the role of system developer, you will eventually work with the entire development chain such as analysis, design, coding, testing, as well as lifecycle management of our applications and work with support and service to our users.
The system development team where you will be part currently consists of techlead, system developer, requirements analyst, tester and scrum master, but we need more people who want to be part of the journey. The team works closely with the other teams within the NCL project in an agile context. We have a strong focus on education and learning from each other, and a goal to build up a stable and efficient management organization with modern development tools in the long term.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Passion for IT in general and system development in mainframe environment in particular.
- Knowledge of Cobol, Db2, JCL, IDz, SEB C/S and CC.
- Constantly want to learn more and be curious and open to new methods and ways of working.
- Take on new tasks with a creative and curious attitude, and you value accuracy and structure in the execution of your tasks.
- You are a team player who values doing others well.
