About the role:
In this role, you will lead a team of nine professionals, based in both Stockholm and Vilnius, focused on empowering SEB to develop, retain, and maximize the potential of our employees. You will oversee processes related to performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, strategic workforce planning, talent management data and talent process support. Your role will involve integrating advanced talent management strategies into established processes, driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring the global implementation of these processes, utilizing world-class management tools and methodologies to ensure success.
Supported by a diverse and skilled team, you will be responsible for:
· Leading, empowering, and developing the colleagues in the talent management process team in Stockholm and Vilnius, including two team leads reporting to you.
· Develop and implement Talent Management Process strategy in above mentioned processes
· Responsible for full scale project management, coordination, administration, and reporting related to core talent practices
· Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives in the specified focus areas and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
· Collaborate closely with HR leaders, HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand their specific needs and priorities, and to ensure alignment and seamless execution of talent processes.
· Stay current with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to performance management, strategic workforce planning, career development, learning and development, culture creation and reinforcement aligned to associate engagement and succession management.
· Drive continuous improvement of talent practices and programs, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

· A strategic leader with experience in Process Management
· Experienced in driving transformation journeys within larger matrix organizations.
· Knowledgeable in the practical application of strategic workforce planning.
· Passionate about data and how it can be used to develop the area.
· Experienced in leading teams and managing people, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
· Curious, self-driven leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for unlocking people and organizational potential
· Outgoing, collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Well-structured with a proven ability to lead and adapt to change
· Always open to driving transformation and fostering innovation within teams and organizations
· Fluent in English
