Technical Architect

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our newly formed Secure Operations & Data Solutions team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology solutions align with business goals and meet the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will:

• Engage in solution design meetings with Tech leads and Business stakeholders to discuss and comprehend the target solution state.
• Analyze and model data to support relevant analytical or operational processes.
  Clearly communicate architecture-level solutions to both business decision-makers and technical experts.
• Actively participate in development team efforts by assisting in problem-solving and ensuring the solution aligns with the intended direction.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality software design and architecture.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  Assist in establishing and maintaining data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree holder in computer science, Information Management, Data Science, or another relevant area.
• Over 3 years of proven experience as a Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or in a similar role focused on data platform development.
• Strong knowledge of various data platform technologies (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Databricks, or similar).
• Extensive know-how in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  Knowledge of machine learning and ML Ops practices is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, and a solid understanding of cloud-based data platform solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data contexts (e.g., Python, Spark SQL, Scala).
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.
  Maintaining role-based competence and training regularly.
