Technical Support and Tender Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Technical Support & Tender Specialist to join our sales team focusing on our Duniform concept. This role combines technical expertise with tender management, bridging the gap between our sales teams, service partners, and product managers. About the role 

As a Technical Support & Tender Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing municipal and public tenders, ensuring timely and successful submissions while providing technical expertise to support smooth operations. This role combines problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional service and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. 

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Technical Sales Support: Provide expert assistance to the sales team, addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings to ensure the best possible solutions. 

• Tender Management: Manage municipal and public tenders, from preparing and submitting bids to following up on results. 

• Machine Order Handling: Oversee machine order processing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. 

• Service Partner Management: Onboard, train, and support external service partners, ensuring they meet high standards of service. 

• Training Facilitation: Lead technical training sessions for internal teams and external partners to enhance technical understanding and service quality. 

Who are you?  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a proven background in technical support or technical sales support, ideally within similar products or services. You have the skill to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, including sales teams, service partners, and customers. You have experience of tender processes and public and municipal tenders is a string plus. With your service-oriented mindset you have the ability to resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
