Your role
As a UX Designer at Centiro, you will be a key driver in shaping, developing, and delivering outstanding digital experiences. This role combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration to ensure that user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities are seamlessly integrated into intuitive and effective solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping strategic UX initiatives, influencing product roadmaps, and champion best practices in usability and accessibility. You will work closely with other UX designers, colleagues, users, customers, and stakeholders to create impactful design solutions. You will lead workshops to foster innovation, collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and product owners to ensure high usability and impact. You will contribute to the evolution of our design culture while promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
