Your role

As a UX Designer at Centiro, you will be a key driver in shaping, developing, and delivering outstanding digital experiences. This role combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration to ensure that user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities are seamlessly integrated into intuitive and effective solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping strategic UX initiatives, influencing product roadmaps, and champion best practices in usability and accessibility. You will work closely with other UX designers, colleagues, users, customers, and stakeholders to create impactful design solutions. You will lead workshops to foster innovation, collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and product owners to ensure high usability and impact. You will contribute to the evolution of our design culture while promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Define and enhance the user experience for our products through research, analysis, and iterative design.
• Create design artifacts such as storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with users, customers, and stakeholders to explore and test design solutions.
• Lead workshops and design processes to foster innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and product owners to ensure high usability and impact.

Who you are

• Experienced: You have at least 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably within complex systems.
• Strategic and analytical: You see the bigger picture and can identify improvements that create long-term value.
• Communicative and collaborative: You thrive in an agile environment where ideas and feedback shape the final product.
• Creative problem-solver: You have a strong ability to translate insights into innovative and user-friendly solutions.
