ITAD is a strategic growth pillar for Foxway. We are now looking for a VP of ITAD to build, lead and scale our ITAD business across Europe and beyond, and to shape how Foxway wins in this rapidly growing market.
As VP of ITAD, you will have full commercial ownership of Foxway’s ITAD business. You will consolidate existing ITAD capabilities into a single high‑performing commercial vertical, sharpen our go‑to‑market strategy, and accelerate growth through both indirect and direct channels.
This is a highly visible leadership role, central to Foxway’s Recommerce C&E growth agenda — with responsibility spanning strategy, sales, operating model design and market expansion.
Build and lead Foxway’s ITAD commercial vertical across Europe, initially focused on indirect channels in the Nordics and UK, with expansion into DACH, France and potentially the US
Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition, positioning Foxway as a trusted, scalable ITAD partner
Define and execute the ITAD go‑to‑market strategy in close collaboration with Product & Solutions, Marketing and Operations
Establish the long‑term ITAD sales operating model, including structure, governance and performance management
Consolidate and lead existing ITAD resources into one cohesive, high‑performing team
Partner closely with Operations, Service Delivery and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant and efficient end‑to‑end ITAD delivery
Represent ITAD at executive, board and key customer level, contributing to Foxway’s broader growth and M&A agenda
You are a commercial ITAD leader with the credibility, drive and structure to scale a complex, multi‑country business.
Senior leadership experience within ITAD, IT lifecycle services, reverse logistics or circular technology
A strong commercial background with proven success in B2B sales, channel strategies and enterprise customers
Experience building and scaling pan‑European sales organisations or commercial verticals
Deep understanding of ITAD economics, compliance, data security and value recovery
A structured, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
The confidence to challenge, influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and countries
